Order and delivery We currently offer standard delivery only to addresses within the Republic of Slovenia, specifically those under the area codes 01 - Ljubljana and vicinity, and 05 - Koper and vicinity. For orders and delivery to other locations, in the RS and abroad, please contact our call centre where you will receive detailed information on delivery terms.
Order: Monday - Friday, from 8.00 - 19.00 hours
Delivery: latest within 72 hours from order acceptance , every day from 8.00 - 19.00 hours, Saturdays from 8.00 - 12.00 hours.
Not valid for Sundays and Holidays .
In case you should be absent on the planned day of delivery, we ask you to communicate an additional address where we can deliver the goods.
Delivery expenses For goods ordered in the amount over 50.00€, delivery is free of charge.

Payment of goods Payment of goods sent by mail or express mail is made by way of the Cash On Delivery system, or directly to our delivery personnel. We accept cash and checks only.
Following the reception of goods, the customer is asked to inspect the amount and quality and verify the reception by signing the supply order. A missing signature voids the rights under this heading.
Complaints are accepted when substantiated by objective arguments. In such cases, we will replace the goods at our expense or return your payment. The contested items in question must be made available for our inspection and recovery.
All prices are understood as including VAT and delivery costs. All complaints are taken into consideration until the end of a 48-hour time period following delivery. Holidays do not count towards this time limit.
